The Annual Ladies Turkey Trot Fourball took place on Tuesday 6th October, with 11 pairs braving the weather. Due to the weather conditions it made scoring very difficult, visiting pair from Bradley Park Linda Bemrose and Lisa Driver came in with the winning score of 37 points. 2nd place was keenly contested with 2 pairs returning scores of 35 points. On a back 6 card play-off Christine Barnett from Huddersfield GC, and Mrs J Bedford from Lightcliffe took the final placing from Ruth Jackson (Ryburn) & Viv Weston (Bradley Hall).

After the round the ladies returned to the clubhouse for a welcome turkey sandwich with all the trimmings and a warm drink.

Finally we would like to thank everyone for taking part in the event and we look forward to welcoming you all back in the near future.

1st place - L Bemrose & L Driver 37 points
2nd place - C Barnett & J Bedford 35 points (back 6 countback)

Vouchers will be posted to the leading 2 pairs.
